This location has SUCH potential. I am sad they have no leadership to make it happen. They don't even have competent managers to manage daily operations.
No hosts when we walked in. The servers paid no attention to the front. No managers. The bartender was in the weeds, as the entire bar was dirty and many empty chairs. (it looked the same when we left an hour later!) The floor had napkins and food on it, in many place. It was filthy.
The order taker took our order. We got one refill. He was hardly in the dinning room. The money is in the dinning room, not the expo!
Food was not as ordered.
It took forever to get the bill (the table computer was not working)
With the UNO crowd so close by, this could be a VERY busy place. -

Had the shrimp alfredo and my kid loved it. They forgot his breadstick but we weren't going all the way back for a breadstick, lol
Trip #2: forgot to put his fries in the bag... we were closer THIS time so we turned around.
A different trip where we sat and enjoyed our meal: discovered a hair in our coleslaw. Our waitress went to tell the manager Rachel and instead of addressing the issue, she brought my kid his drink and we had to bring up the topic. Her response was, "oh yeah, she told me about that. Sorry about that. We're dumping it out and making some fresh; I'll get you some shortly". My reply was, "there's no appetite for coleslaw at this point". She proceeded to offer us a coupon for the cost of the coleslaw. A COUPON? We disagreed and my brother asked can you comp her meal since it happened to her and she replied that she'd only comp HER meal (what we asked but I guess it needed reinforcing).
Before all this, my dessert came out with no spoon so I asked the young lady who delivered it for one. She never came back. I got up to ask for one from the bartender instead and the person who dropped off my dessert was ringing up another table's order; I was totally forgotten...
On a good note, our waitress Heidi was great!
Trip #3 on 8.13.2019: food was great except one person's food must've been made 1st and waited for the other meals to be prepped because their food was cold. And yet ANOTHER hair on the half slab, but they made it right and prepped another half slab to go. Our waitress Sinn was great and I tipped her more than 20% due to her great service!! -

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Our order came out wrong... twice. My friend ordered the Mac and cheese and it was cold.
Our waitress, whom I can't remember her name was inattentive and didn't even greet us with a smile. That's the least she could have done.
Now I see why you can pay on the device. They replaced service for technology. So sad to see. Won't be back. -

She had the brisket tacos and the wanton tacos. Both are pretty good. I had the onion rings (fine) and the shrimp fajitas. I'd give that 7/10. We had a party of 7 and our service was really good. She had a margarita and one of their $1 drinks and was pretty giggly so that was fun. The bill sucked.

I'm always up in the air with this place. Each visit is like night and day. You can definitely tell there is an issue with turnover. I will say this tho, I like that they change the menu up, because lets face it...it's just Applebee's. This recent visit we started with a party of 8 and a few people decided yo join us last minute. They were able to make the accommodations quickly and we were able to all sit together. We had one server, which is great. When they split the table, shit gets mixed up and it was just nice to not have to worry about that.
